Time for a clean-out? Don’t let old appliances take up space — drop them off for free at Mr Metal Recycling and support a great cause while you’re at it.

We’re donating a gold coin for every qualifying home appliance dropped off at our Kirrawee or Taren Point locations to The Shepherd Centre, supporting children with hearing loss. It’s easy, free, and feel-good.

The Shepherd Centre helps children who are deaf or hard of hearing learn to listen and speak. As a not-for-profit, they rely on support to deliver early intervention programs that change lives. Every donation helps give these children a voice.

No booking needed — just bring them in during opening hours!

If you can’t make it to us, we offer appliance collection for a fee. Give us a call to book a pick-up.

🔧 Also Accept Scrap Metal

While our donations are for appliances, we still accept a wide range of scrap metals — from aluminium and copper to car batteries and hot water systems. Feel free to bring these along too!

All items must be clean and free of food, waste, or hazardous materials.
